AIM Dental Marketing (ADM) was founded in 1989 by dentists for dentists and has been helping practices reach their goals ever since.

ADM has the unique ability to offer its clients a sophisticated, yet highly cost-effective “mix” of new patient acquisition and retention vehicles. By working exclusively with dental professionals, and the unique challenges they face, ADM has developed a suite of services unmatched in their ability to offer dentists an affordable means for rapid practice growth.

President & CEO

Daniel A. ‘Danny’ Bobrow is President of AIM Dental Marketing, a health care consultancy based in Chicago, IL., serving clients nationwide and around the world. He is also executive director of Climb For A Cause and The Smile Tree, which organizes and promotes outdoor events to fund and maintain dental education and treatment projects overseas..

Mr. Bobrow lectures nationwide, is dental marketing columnist for Dental Economics (What’s Working In Dental Marketing Today) and DPRWorld (The Marketing Insider), has been published in New Dentist, Dental Angle, CDS Review, Dental Compare, Dental Practice Management, My Dental Channel, Strategies For Success, Modern Hygienist, New Docs, Office Magic, Pink Tooth, Solutions Quarterly, Dentistry Today, AGD Impact, DentalEDU.tv, and other profession-related publications.

Virginia arrived at ADM via the I.T. profession and she puts this attention to detail and understanding of technology to work for us daily.

Cerissa joined the ADM Team in 2007. Her expertise in customer service, technical support and supervisory positions stems from experience in a broad range of industries.

As ADM’s Web Specialist, Cerissa’s has an almost uncanny ability to anticipate client needs, manage client requests and maintain client dental websites with the greatest attention to detail and precision.

Graphics Specialist

Susan is a seasoned creative professional with over 17 years of design and marketing experience – from freelance to creative director in an agency setting. She has proven results and a diverse set of creative skills producing advertising campaigns, brand identity, custom illustration, marketing collateral, direct mail, tradeshow displays, point of sale materials and packaging. Her experience includes a history working with a wide array of regional, national and international industries. Susan believes in providing innovative, no-nonsense creative solutions to enhance the visual statement, and communications a practice needs, to connect you with your target audience – on time, and within budget.

Garrett A.
Direct Marketing Specialist

Garrett has been part of the ADM family since 2001.  His background includes extensive work on print and digital media campaigns for local and national companies. Garrett’s strengths are in his ability to formulate highly targeted marketing solutions that deliver measurable ROI. In addition, his timeliness and attention to detail are second to none. He holds a B.A. in Marketing from Saint Xavier University in Chicago.
